I called the Samaritans and told them I couldn't go on.

I was triggered by everything. What people said. Problems that weren't even that big but felt like emergencies I had to solve right then to feel ok. It built from low level survival mode into an acute stress response I couldn't switch off, and it landed me in hospital.

I brought in every kind of help. Therapists, energy healers, hypnosis. All of it helped a little. None of it was there with me at 10 p.m. when I was spiralling and alone.

That's when I realised no one else could do this part for me.

Elisha Kaur Rai

"You can rebuild yourself while you're privately crumbling inside."

So I read myself like a contract

I spent over a decade as a corporate lawyer. My job was to read the fine print, find the clause that was actually causing the problem, negotiate it, and structure something that would hold.

Then it occurred to me that I was walking around governed by terms I'd never read. Beliefs I agreed to at seven years old and never renegotiated since.

So I turned that same instinct on myself. Not casually. Obsessively, the way I'd go through a deal. I took everything I'd learned across five years of therapy, hypnotherapy, neuroscience and mindset work, and built something repeatable I could use the moment I was triggered.

Within a few months I went from that person to someone who is permanently unshakeable. I spot my triggers in real time and stop the spiral before it starts. My life changed materially as a result, but the thing that actually changed first was underneath all of it.

It wasn't a mood or a mantra. It was structure, and it's what I share with the people on this list.

What people say when they come to me with something

"Elisha is not just listening and empathetic, but actually practical about things and helping me sort messy feelings and thoughts."

Hetal

"Elisha is really good at rationalising and understanding behaviour. It puts breathing space between the action and recipient that offers a step back from the emotion."

Holly

"Elisha helps me reframe things a lot, and look at the big picture. Makes me think about longer term things rather than spiral about the present."

This is for you if

What you get, straight away

The Affirmation Gap, a short guide covering why affirmations backfire, the three signs you have the gap, and my Trigger to Belief exercise, so you can find the belief sitting underneath the spiral rather than trying to talk over it.

After that, the real, tangible things I teach my clients. How your brain keeps proving old beliefs true. How to spot a trigger before it becomes a spiral. Not vague mindset quotes, and not affirmations that make you feel worse because you don't believe them yet.

You'll also get priority access to the free masterclass, where I walk through the full method, with the course opening straight after.

The guide arrives the moment you sign up. The first set of tools lands next week.

An important note. I'm a coach and an educator, not a therapist, and nothing I share is clinical treatment or a replacement for therapy or medical care. If something feels destabilising, or painful beyond what you can hold alone, please speak to a licensed professional. If you're in crisis, contact a crisis service in your country rather than waiting on an email. In the UK, Samaritans are free, 24 hours a day, on 116 123.
